Life Time Achievement Award

Nomination Process

  1. Nominations may only be made by a member of OAGE.
  2. The nominee is to meet the same membership criteria as OAGE members.
  3. In addition the nominee is to have a minimum of 25 years in Ohio service.
  4. Nominations are to be submitted to the OAGE Awards Committee for processing and submission to OAGE which then votes. The Awards Committee shall announce the deadline date for nomination submission each year.
  5. A vita is to be submitted to the Awards Committee at the time of nomination. A letter of support by an OAGE member is to accompany the vita.
  6. The Awardee is expected to be in attendance to receive the OAGE Lifetime Achievement Award.
