The Association For Gerontology in Higher Education (AGHE) and Gerontelogical Society of America (GSA) offer resources to help you determine your career path and to search for jobs in the fields of gerontology and geriatrics.  The links below will take you to the websites for each of these resources.

 

The GSA Careers section hosts websites to help individuals become professionals in the field of gerontology.

Careers in Aging offers advice on career development in aging, including an overview of the field and its subdivisions, and suggestions on the types of education to pursue.

AgeWork offers free access to job postings, including online applications, for job hunters, as well as targeted advertising of job openings for employers.
